Prepare the bagels and produce
Toast the bagels. Halve the avocados, remove the pits and thinly slice the flesh. Slice the tomatoes.

Build the bagels
Spread cream cheese on the bottom half of each toasted bagel. Top with sliced avocado and sliced tomato and sprinkle with everything bagel spice. Top with remaining toasted bagel halves.
