- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup vegan basil pesto
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Prepare the toast
Toast the bread. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.
Scoop half of an avocado onto each piece of toast and mash with a fork. Top the avocado toast with pesto and sliced tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
