- 2 cups non-dairy milk*
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup diced banana chips

Prepare the chia seed pudding
In a large bowl or container with a lid, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk, and non-dairy milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Divide the chia seed pudding between 4 serving dishes. Drizzle maple syrup and sprinkle with banana chips and granola.
