Prepare the bowls

Make a 2 inch tear in the top of the brown rice bag and microwave for 1 minute. Drain and rinse the black beans. Roughly chop the cilantro leaves and stems. Divide the brown rice into 2 servings. Top with the black beans, chopped cilantro, corn kernels, and guacamole. When you’re ready to eat, halve the lime and squeeze the lime juice over the bowls. Top with as much of the sriracha as you’d like.
