- 3 tbsp capers
- 1 cucumber
- 4 oz Treeline scallion cashew cheese
- 2 tbsp dried dill

Toast the bagels
When you are ready to eat, slice and toast the number of bagels you’d like.
Using a peeler, peel the cucumber into thin ribbons (you may also thinly slice). Spread the scallion cashew cheese onto toasted bagels. Top with cucumbers ribbons, capers, and dried dill.
