Prep the smoothie
We recommend you make 2 or 4 servings at a time, divide ingredients accordingly. Peel and deseed the oranges. Add the oranges, shredded carrot, granola, yogurt, sprouted brown rice protein, and 5 or 6 ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and top with any remaining granola.
