Carrot Cake Smoothies
with Ancient Grain Granola
- 2 oranges
- 6 oz shredded carrots
- 4 oz Purely Elizabeth™ Ancient Grain Granola
- 2 5.3 oz Forager® Project Organic Cashewgurt®

We recommend making 2 or 4 servings at a time and dividing the ingredients accordingly. Peel and deseed the oranges. In a blender, combine the oranges, shredded carrots, Cashewgurt, granola (saving a pinch to top the smoothies if you’d like), and 1 to 2 ice cubes per serving. Blend until smooth. Divide between glasses and top with any reserved granola.
