INSTRUCTIONS

Make the granola

Preheat the oven to 250°F. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, shredded coconut, brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, and salt. Mix well and spread out over a baking sheet. Bake in the oven, tossing every 15 minutes, until lightly browned, about 50 minutes. Allow the granola to cool before adding the tart cherries and store in an airtight container.
