- 3 tbsp sour cherry preserves
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Toast the bagels
When you’re ready to eat, slice and toast the number of bagels you’d like.
Divide the ingredients accordingly to prepare your servings. Thinly slice the pears. Spread the cashew butter onto each of the toasted bagels. Top with sour cherry preserves and sliced pears. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and flaxseeds.
