  1. 1 cup dates
  2. 1/4 cup pecans
  3. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  4. 1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the dates (check for pit pieces) and pecans into the base of a blender or food processor and pulse until crumbled. Add in the peanut butter and process until mostly creamy. Place the batter into the fridge for at least 10 minutes to harden.

Roll the batter into small, bite size balls.

Roll the balls in the chocolate sprinkles, and enjoy!
