  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 2 tbsp vegan butter
  4. 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  5. 2 tbsp flour
  6. 1 Not-Chick’n bouillon cube
  7. Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the vegetables
Peel and mince the shallot. Peel and mince the garlic.

Prepare the gravy
Place a medium saucepan over medium-high heat and add the butter, minced shallot, minced garlic, and thyme leaves. Cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the flour, and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Whisk in ½ cup water and the Not-Chick’n bouillon. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Taste gravy and season with salt and pepper.
