Coconut Turmeric Brown Rice Bowls
- 8.8 oz precooked brown rice
- 5.5 oz coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 4 clementines
- 4 oz Purely Elizabeth® Ancient Grain Granola

Add the precooked brown rice to a medium bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Add the coconut milk, turmeric, and maple syrup to the cooked brown rice and stir to combine.
When you’re ready to eat, peel the clementines. Divide the coconut turmeric brown rice between 4 servings. Top with clementines and granola.
