- 5.5 oz coconut milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 4 clementines
- 4 oz Purely Elizabeth® Ancient Grain Granola

Prepare the bowl
Make a 2 inch tear in the top of the brown rice bag and microwave for 1 minute. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked brown rice, coconut milk, turmeric, and maple syrup.
Divide the coconut turmeric brown rice into 4 servings. When you are ready to eat, peel the clementines and divide into sections. Top each serving with clementine sections and granola.
