Cranberry Granola Bars
Enjoy this sweet, crunchy and wholesome snack that will keep you going all week long! These granola bars are tasty yet so simple to make. Keep them in the freezer to grab when you’re in a rush and need a boost in energy. You’re going to love these delicious bars of heaven!
- 3/4 cup pepitas
- 1.5 cups sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup agave syrup
- 1 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt*
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- *not included
- Parchment paper
- 9 x 13 baking dish
Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix together the pepitas, sunflower seeds, agave syrup, coconut flakes, cranberries and ½ teaspoon sea salt in a large mixing bowl.
Pour the cranberry-seed mixture into the casserole dish and spread evenly, pressing firmly down into all corners.
Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Let cool completely, and slice into 12 even bars.
Bars can keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week, or in the freezer for 1 month. Enjoy!
