Prepare and blend ingredients

We recommend making 2 or 4 servings at a time, divide ingredients accordingly. Destem the kale. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. In a blender, combine the kale leaves, avocado, Cashewgurt, cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and 1-2 ice cubes per serving. Blend until smooth, add more milk if necessary.
