Grape Leaf Mezze Bowls
with Za'atar Yogurt & Fresh Dill
- 8.8 oz precooked brown rice
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 radishes
- 4 oz grape tomatoes
- 6 stuffed grape leaves (dolmas)
- ¼ oz fresh dill
- ¼ cup Forager Project® Organic Dairy-free Cashewmilk Yogurt
- 1 tbsp za'atar seasoning

Make a small tear at the top of the brown rice bag and microwave for 1 minute. Halve cucumbers lengthwise and slice into thirds. Trim and quarter the radishes. Halve the grape tomatoes and stuffed grape leaves. Pick the dill fronds from the stems.
Spread the yogurt on plates. Sprinkle with za’atar seasoning. Top with brown rice, sliced cucumbers, quartered radishes, halved grape tomatoes, and halved grape leaves. Sprinkle with dill fronds.
