- 4 oz curly kale
- 2 green apples
- 1 zucchini
- ¼ cup cashew butter
- 6 oz pineapple
- 3 tbsp sprouted brown rice protein

Prepare the vegetables
We recommend you make 2 or 4 servings at a time and divide the ingredients accordingly. Destem the kale. Core and dice the apple. Trim and chop the zucchini.
Blend the smoothie
Add the kale, diced apple, chopped zucchini, cashew butter, pineapple chunks, sprouted brown rice protein powder, 1 cup water, and 4 to 6 ice cubes to a blender. Blend until smooth. Drink up!
