Lime Quinoa Salads

- 12 oz precooked quinoa
- 7 oz Wildwood Organic Sproutofu Baked Tofu Teriyaki
- 1 mango
- 1 lime
- 2 tsp sesame seeds

Prepare the salad
Make a 2 inch tear in the top of the quinoa bag, and microwave for 1 minute. Cut the tofu into ½ inch cubes. Peel and dice the mango. Halve the lime.
Divide the cooked quinoa between bowls. Drizzle with lime juice. Top with tofu, and mango. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
