  5. 2 tbsp hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the toast
Toast as many slices of the sourdough bread as you’d like. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Pick the dill fronds from their stems. Scoop out and mash the avocado onto the toasted bread and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Halve the lemon and squeeze onto of the avocado toast. Top with dill fronds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle each toast with 1 tsp olive oil.
