  6. 1 lb tortilla chips

Add the cashew butter, nutritional yeast, turmeric, paprika, 3/4 tsp salt, and 3/4 cup cold water to a small saucepan. Whisk well to mix the dry ingredients into the water. Bring sauce to a simmer over medium heat while whisking continuously, until just thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Drizzle tortilla chips with half of the cashew cheese sauce and top with all of your favorite nacho toppings! Try them with our tomatillo salsa, or sweet pepper salsa and jalapeno lime crema. Serve with the remaining cashew cheese sauce for dipping!
