Maple Chia Pudding
This delicious chia pudding is a collaboration with DRINKmaple, a local Massachusetts company. Maple water is the sap that comes straight from maple trees and boasts a subtle hint of maple flavor, containing 46 naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, polyphenols, antioxidants and probiotics. Maple water is a pure form of hydration that contains more manganese than one cup of kale and has half of the sugar of coconut water. Combined with superfood chia seeds, which pack in fiber, protein and antioxidants – this is one dessert that is wonderful for your health and is absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 DRINKmaple maple water pouch
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

INSTRUCTIONS
Add the maple water, cashews and maple syrup to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Add the chia seeds to the medium bowl. Pour in the cashew-maple milk.
Refrigerate for one hour. Meanwhile, peel and slice the banana into thin rounds.
Stir the chia pudding and top with sliced bananas and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
