- 6 oz shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 6 oz marinated chickpeas
- ¼ cup dried tart cherries
- 4 brown rice stuffed grape leaves

Prepare the produce
Add the Arcadian greens and shredded carrots to a large bowl and toss with red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
