Prepare the chia seed pudding
In a large bowl or container with a lid, combine the chia seeds, cacao powder, agave, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Divide the chia seed pudding into 4 serving dishes. When you’re ready to eat, peel the clementines. Top the overnight chocolate chia pudding with clementines, chocolate chia mix, and cashew butter.
