  2. 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  3. 2 tbsp agave
  4. 2¼ cups non-dairy milk (not included)
  5. 4 oz Purely Elizabeth® Ancient Grain Granola
  6. ¼ cup dried cranberries
  7. 2 oz crystalized ginger

These oats are best served hot

Place a small saucepan on medium-high heat and combine the oats, agave, pumpkin pie spice, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer, and cook until the oats begin to thicken, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Serve

Divide the overnight oats into 4 serving dishes. Layer the following over the oats: granola, dried cranberries, and crystalized ginger.
