Prepare the toast
English muffins. Thinly slice the radishes. Thinly slice the cucumbers. Halve avocado and remove the pit.

Serve
Scoop half of the avocado onto each English muffin and mash with a fork. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle each with ½ tsp olive oil. Top the avocado toast with sliced radishes and cucumbers, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds and enjoy!
