  3. 4 radishes
  4. 1 cucumber
  5. 2 avocados

Prepare the toast

Toast the as many slices of bread as you’d like. Halve the lemon. Thinly slice the radishes. Thinly slice the cucumber. Halve the avocados and remove the pits.

Serve

With a fork, mash the avocado onto the toasted bread. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle each piece with ½ tsp olive oil. Top the avocado toast with sliced radishes and cucumbers and sprinkle with pumpkin and hemp seeds. Finish with lemon juice.
