  2. 4 radishes
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 2 avocados
  5. ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  6. 2 tbsp hemp seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the toast
Toast the sourdough bread. Thinly slice the radishes. Thinly slice the cucumber.

Serve
Halve the avocados and remove the pit. With a fork, mash the avocado onto the toast. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle each with ½ tsp olive oil. Top the avocado toast with sliced radishes and cucumbers and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds.
