with Tofu Salad & Crispy Onions
- 7 oz Wildwood® Organic SprouTofu® Baked Tofu
- 1 celery stalk
- 4 radishes
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart® Soy-Free Vegenaise®
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup crispy onions

Crumble the tofu into a large bowl. Dice the celery. Trim the radishes and slice into matchsticks. Add the diced celery, sliced radishes, Vegenaise, ¼ tsp salt, and ⅛ tsp pepper to the tofu and stir to combine.
When you’re ready to eat, halve the avocados, leaving the skin on, and remove the pit. Divide avocados between plates and top with the tofu salad and crispy onions.
