Curry noodles and kale salad: What's not to love? We also added an incredible sauce—a combination of tamarind, mango, cumin, coriander, and almond butter—and it's creamy and flavorful.

If you’re about to reach for the microwave, don’t! This is just about the easiest meal prep ever: Simply remove the film, stir, and dig in! 
Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
