Tender, sweet golden beets complement tangy balsamic-glazed shiitake protein. Served on a bed of nutty, chewy wild rice, this hearty dish is chock-full of fiber, protein, and micronutrients.


Instructions: Heat it up in the microwave! Pull back film about 1 inch for each compartment and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.* Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Make sure to cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.

*Microwave directions are based on preparation in a 1100-watt microwave. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully heated.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
