Green beans almondine is a classic French dish of humble green beans, gently cooked in butter and topped with toasted almonds. We add salty miso and vibrant lemon zest to turn this unassuming veggie side into a bold, center-stage dinner hero.


Instructions: Choose your preferred heating method (we love the oven). Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic film from tray, cover with foil, and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook until internal temperature is 165°F, about 5 minutes.

Microwave: Pull back film about 1 inch for each compartment and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.*

Make sure to cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.

*Microwave directions are based on preparation in a 1100-watt microwave. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully heated.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
