Sweet Potato Burrito

with White Beans & Kale

Our chefs crafted this hearty heat & eat burrito to be high in protein and fiber while less than 600 calories—keeping you fuller for longer so you have the fuel you need to power through your day. It’s all thanks to a powerhouse combo of white beans, kale, quinoa, and sweet potato (plus a spicy tomatillo salsa with fresh cilantro).


Instructions: Choose your preferred heating method (we love the air-fryer). Remember to let it sit for 2 minutes afterward before you dig in!
Microwave: Make a 1-inch slit in the plastic and heat meal on high for 2 minutes.*

Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic film from tray, cover with foil, and cook for 12 minutes. Remove foil and cook for another 5 minutes.

Air-fryer: Preheat air-fryer to 375°F. Remove from packaging and cook for 8 minutes.

Make sure to cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees to ensure food quality and safety are spot-on.

*Microwave directions are based on preparation in a 1100-watt microwave. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully heated.


Store in the fridge (not the freezer)!
