with Fresh Tomatoes & Balsamic Glaze
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 Roma tomatoes
- ½ oz fresh basil
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Toast the bread. Thinly slice the tomatoes. Pick the basil leaves from the stems. Halve the avocados and remove the pit.
Scoop half of the avocado onto each piece of toast and mash with a fork. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle each with ½ tsp olive oil. Top the avocado toast with sliced tomatoes and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
