Caper Dill Bagels
with Everything Cream Cheese
- ¼ oz fresh dill
- 1 red onion
- 1 Roma tomato
- 2 radishes
- 4 whole wheat bagels
- 2 oz Treeline® Soft French-Style Cashew Cheese
- 1 tbsp everything bagel spice
- 2 tbsp capers

Pick the dill fronds from the stems. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Slice the Roma tomato. Trim and slice the radishes.
Toast the whole wheat bagels. Spread cashew cheese on one toasted bagel half and sprinkle with everything bagel spice. Add some dill fronds, sliced red onion, sliced Roma tomato, sliced radishes, and capers. Top with the other toasted bagel half. Repeat with remaining bagels.
