Caper Dill Bagels
with Herbed Cashew Cheese
- 4 whole wheat bagels
- 3 tbsp capers
- 1 cucumber
- 4 oz Treeline® Herb and Garlic Cashew Cheese
- 2 tbsp dried dill

Toast the bagels
Slice and toast the number of bagels you’d like.
Using a peeler, peel the cucumber into ribbons (or thinly slice). Spread the Cashew Cheese onto each toasted bagel. Top with cucumber ribbons, capers, and dried dill.
