Caramelized Pear Oats
with Nutmeg & Crystallized Ginger

- 1 Anjou pear
- 4 tsp agave
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 2¼ cup non-dairy milk*
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 5.3 oz Forager Project® Organic Dairy-free Cashewmilk Yogurt
- 1 oz crystallized ginger
- 2 tsp coconut oil*

Dice the Anjou pear. Heat 2 tsp coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add diced Anjou pear and agave. Cook until pear is softened and lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Add oats, non-dairy milk, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Cook until oats thicken, 4 to 5 minutes.
Divide the spiced oats with caramelized pear between 4 serving dishes. Top with yogurt and crystallized ginger.
