Protein powder is our secret binder in these power bites. It adds not only protein, but a great texture that will easily roll into ball form. All protein powders are different so you may need a touch more or less depending on the brand used. This recipe makes 10 bites.

  1. ½ cup plant-based chocolate protein powder
  2. ¼ cup unsalted creamy cashew butter
  3. ¼ cup brown rice syrup
  4. ¼ cup chia seeds

Make the bites

Add the protein powder, cashew butter, brown rice syrup, and chia seeds to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl. Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture out at a time and, using your hands, roll into balls and place on a plate. Repeat until no mixture is left. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!
