Cook the burgers

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add burgers and cook until well-browned and heated through, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Transfer to cutting board and cut into bite size pieces. (4-servings: use 2 tbsp vegetable oil)

Make the salad and serve

Divide mixed greens, pickles, cheddar, tomato, as much onion as you'd like, and cooked burger pieces between serving bowls. Whisk together secret sauce and 1 tbsp water in small bowl and drizzle over salads. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
