Start the jam

Add the frozen berries and cold water to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook fruit, stirring occasionally, until it begins to break down and has a saucy texture, 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds, lemon juice, agave, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust acid or sweetness as necessary. Serve triple berry chia jam with plant-based yogurt or smeared on toast.
