Prepare the chia seed pudding

Whisk together non-dairy milk, cacao powder, and a pinch of salt in large bowl or container with lid. Stir in chia seeds and agave. Let mixture sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.

Divide chocolate chia pudding between 4 serving dishes. Top with yogurt, strawberry preserves, and peanuts.
