Chocolate Dipped Spiced Apricots
- 8 oz dried apricots
- 2 oz vegan chocolate chips
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Add the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave until soft, about 1 minute. Stir the chocolate to smooth it out.
Holding the dried apricots with 2 fingers, gently dip about half of each apricot into the melted chocolate and lay on a clean surface or piece of foil. Sprinkle with a pinch of the cayenne, cinnamon, and sea salt. Allow apricots to cool completely before serving.
