INSTRUCTIONS

Melt the coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat or in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds.

Place cacao powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and orange extract in blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

Pour the mixture into dessert glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm up.

To serve, peel the orange and top mousse with orange slices. Enjoy!
