Chocolate Orange Mousse
This Chocolate Orange Mousse from Maria Marlowe will make you feel like you trained in France. Blend together cacao powder, coconut oil, maple syrup, and orange extract. Refrigerate and top with fresh orange slices. Silky smooth and full of flavor. Warning: after trying this, you won't want to buy anything that comes in a cup covered in foil ever again!

- 1 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extracts
- 1 orange
Melt the coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium heat or in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds.
Place cacao powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil and orange extract in blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into dessert glasses. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm up.
To serve, peel the orange and top mousse with orange slices. Enjoy!
