Prepare the bowls

Make a 2 inch tear in the top of the quinoa bag and microwave for 1 minute. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, cacao powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.

Peel and dice the kiwis. Divide the chocolate quinoa between bowls. Top with diced kiwi, almonds, and toasted coconut.
