- 12 oz green cabbage
- 1 carrot
- ½ cup Follow Your Heart Soy Free Vegenaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Thinly slice or shred the green cabbage. Peel and grate the carrot on the largest side of a box grater. In a large bowl, whisk together the Vegenaise, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the shredded green cabbage and carrot and toss the coleslaw well to combine.
