INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- ¼ oz fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Not-Chick'n™ Bouillon Cube

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the vegetables
Peel and mince the onion. Peel and mince the garlic. Pick the thyme leaves and discard the stems.

Prepare the gravy
Place a medium saucepan over medium-high heat with the minced onion, minced garlic, and butter. Cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add the flour and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute. Whisk in the bouillon and 1 cup water. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the thyme leaves. Taste gravy and season with salt and pepper.
