Coffee Teriyaki Skewers

These skewers have “summer” written all over them — especially given the bright salad they’re paired with. If you have a grill at home, use it instead of the oven to roast the skewers, drizzling them with sauce right before they’re finished. We’ve included an extra skewer if you end up having more veggies, because more veggies are always a good idea.
