  2. 1.5 cups sunflower seeds
  3. 1/2 cup agave syrup
  4. 1 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt*

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix together the pepitas, sunflower seeds, agave syrup, coconut flakes, cranberries and ½ teaspoon sea salt in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the cranberry-seed mixture into the casserole dish and spread evenly, pressing firmly down into all corners.

Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.

Let cool completely, and slice into 12 even bars.

Bars can keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week, or in the freezer for 1 month. Enjoy!
