Green Goddess Bowls
with Broccoli & Ranch Dressing
- 8 oz precooked brown rice
- 6 oz broccoli florets
- 1 avocado
- ¼ oz fresh dill
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup Follow Your Heart® High Omega Vegan Ranch

Make a small tear at the top of the brown rice bag and microwave for 1 minute. Chop broccoli florets into small pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Pick and roughly chop the dill fronds.
Divide the brown rice between bowls. Add chopped broccoli, diced avocado, and chopped dill. Top with pumpkin seeds. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
