Prepare the broccoli

Bring 2 cups salted water to a boil in a small saucepan. Make a small tear at the top of the brown rice bag and microwave bag for 1 minute. Add broccoli to the boiling water. Cover and cook until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli.

Serve

Divide the brown rice between bowls. Add broccoli, avocado, and dill. Top with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with ranch dressing.
