INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the bowls

Bring 2 cups salted water to a boil in a small saucepan. Make a small tear at the top of the brown rice bag and microwave bag for 1 minute. Chop broccoli florets into bite-size pieces and add to the boiling water. Cover and cook until crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the broccoli.

Serve

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and dice the flesh. Pick and roughly chop the dill fronds. Divide the brown rice between bowls. Add cooked broccoli florets, diced avocado, and chopped dill. Top with pumpkin seeds and drizzle with ranch dressing. TIP: The fronds are the wispy leaves on the thick stems.
