INSTRUCTIONS

1
Make the garlic fries

Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine potato, garlic, 2 tsp vegetable oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper on baking sheet and toss. Bake until tender and browned, 20 to 25 minutes. (4-serving meal: use 4 tsp vegetable oil).

2
Cook the burgers

Heat 1 tsp vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook until browned and heated through, 4 to 6 minutes per side. (4-serving meal: use 2 tsp vegetable oil).

3
Toast the buns and serve

Heat same skillet over medium heat and add buns, cut side down. Toast until golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes. Transfer buns to plates and top with patties. Add tomato and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread tzatziki on top buns and close burgers. Divide garlic fries between plates and serve with any remaining tzatziki for dipping. Enjoy!
