Make avocado mash

In medium bowl, mash avocado with back of fork until mostly smooth and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Assemble toasts and serve

Toast sourdough and divide between 4 plates. Top with mashed avocado. Sprinkle with just 1 tsp sumac, walnuts, and cilantro. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
