  2. 1 cup rolled oats
  3. 1/2 cup oat flour
  4. 1 lemon
  5. 5 tablespoons agave**
  6. 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  7. 1 teaspoon vanilla**

Place oats in food processor, blend until a fine consistency forms but you can still see individual oats (about 30 seconds). Remove oats and place in mixing bowl.

Add coconut flakes to food processor and pulse until slightly mealy. Pour coconut flakes into mixing bowl and add agave and vanilla mixture, coconut oil, and oat flour. Zest the lemon with a grater and add to mixing bowl. Cut lemon in half and juice into same bowl.

Mix well, press into lined baking sheet, and refrigerate until slightly hardened. Cut into squares and enjoy!
