Prepare the toast
Toast the sourdough bread. Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Pick the dill fronds from the stems. Halve the lemon.

Serve
Scoop out the avocado flesh, spread it on the sourdough toast, and add a pinch of salt. Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado. Top with dill fronds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle each loaded avocado toast with 1 tsp olive oil.
