Prepare the toast

Toast the sourdough bread. Halve avocados and remove the pits. Pick dill fronds from the stems. Halve the lemon. TIPS: Use half an avocado for each piece of toast. Dill fronds are the wispy leaves on the thick stems.

Serve

Scoop out the avocado flesh, spread it on the toast, and add a pinch of salt. Squeeze lemon juice on the avocado. Top with dill fronds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Drizzle each loaded avocado toast with 1 tsp olive oil.
